Welcome to ME PAT Services Ltd

We are a friendly local family business promoting the awareness of electrical safety via Portable Appliance Testing in the workplace, for a vast variety of commercial, care, public sector, industry and home office based businesses. Our aim is always to provide a high quality service, creating continuous year after year on-going business relationships.

We are based to the North of Newcastle upon Tyne with the A1 and the A19 close by allowing us a quick, easy and a comfortable reach of a twenty five mile radius covering; Northumberland, North Tyneside, North Shields, Cramlington, Ashington, Blyth, Morpeth, South Tyneside, South Shields, Sunderland, Cleveland, County Durham and Tyne and Wear. Oh and not forgetting of course Newcastle upon Tyne.

Furthermore we have a wide range of customers within a fifty mile radius taking in Berwick upon Tweed to the North, Carlisle to the west and Northallerton to the South in our constant desire to promote and look after the electrical safety needs of clients and their businesses throughout the North East. In fact we do have clients further afield, therefore the reach of ME PAT Services is far and wide.

We pride ourselves as a very unique and sometimes quirky business, but no matter what, our emphasis is always on electrical safety and as our background has been for many years in the service industry we pride ourselves on the level of customer service provided. Furthermore, when it comes to the actual electrical compliance tests, as well as the usual electronic tasks we also carry out rigorous checks on each and every accessible plug and cable to maintain the height of electrical safety. All of this with the minimum disruption to you, your employees and to your business.

In fact we can sum up our approach to electrical safety through Portable Appliance Testing within our brief, but powerful tag line that has served us well since the creation of ME PAT Services Ltd all those years ago;

"WE REDUCE COSTS AND WE PROTECT LIVES!"

What more can we say?
